Welcome

Practicing as a Clinical Psychologist for 2 decades, I have a broad range of experience and interests. Focus areas include relationships, identity, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss/grief, parenting, vitality and wellbeing. I’ve lived and worked in 3 countries and as such I’m also interested in supporting people in navigating personal transitions and career goals.

I have a specialized interest in supporting students in tertiary education (on 2 continents, over 14 years). I mainly see adults and older adolescents in individual therapy but I also run groups to support people with low mood and anxiety management as well as offering pre-marriage/commitment counselling.

Therapeutic Approach

I prioritize a respectful, collaborative and empathic therapy relationship and guarantee professional care and confidentiality at all times.

My approach is integrated, based in psychodynamic theory and drawing on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Narrative Practice among others, depending on my clients goals. I believe that health in the broadest sense, needs to be thought of in a holistic way. Our mind, body & spirit are all important for overall wellbeing. In line with this approach I work in a multi-disciplinary practice where a holistic approach to health and wellbeing is supported.
